Regarding the Length of the Penis:
The most advanced penis exercises today lengthen the penis in a way that is similar to what surgeons have been trying to achieve for at least two decades – only WITHOUT the terrible side effects!
Many people don’t realize that half or more of the penis is actually INSIDE the body. The half that’s inside is curved up toward the pubic bone similar in the shape of a boomerang. So, if you throw your penis, it will keep coming back to you – ha ha, just kidding. It is attached to the pubic bone with a really thick bundle of fibers called the suspensory ligament.
The most common penis enlargement technique in surgery involves cutting the suspensory ligament so more of the inner penis hangs down to the outside – sometimes they also add skin to the shaft so it can fill in better. You do get a longer penis using this technique but the negatives far outweigh the positive of a longer penis in my opinion. The penis just dangles there even when erect so it is no longer as visually stimulating to a woman PLUS it is lose at the base which makes sexual intercourse extremely awkward and often actually results in injury to the penis – my emergency room friends tell me that when men “break” their penis (this is evidently very possible) they actually hear a snapping sound – ouch ouch ouch!!!
With penis exercise, you can actually gradually and gently stretch and re-shape the suspensory ligament in such a way it naturally allows more of the penis to hang outside the body WITHOUT the negative effect of the base becoming lose or losing the ability to have an erection that points outward. What you end up with is a handsome extra long penis that is VERY visually pleasing to a woman and rock solid and ready for the extra sex you’ll be getting.
As an interesting side note, I would like to mention that the inner penis and the way it is connected to the pubic bone may account for the differences we see in penis size among the different ethnicities. It is now thought that in men of African origin more the penis is found on the outside because of the angle and position the suspensory ligament and how it attaches the penis to the pubic bone. In men of Asian origin, more of the penis is inside the body on average because the penis attaches further back. Caucasian men fall in the middle on average.
I mention the above in part because I think Caucasian men and Asian men ON AVERAGE (and I want to emphasize this isn’t true in every case) can benefit more from this particular modern technique.
Regarding the Girth of the Penis:
Exercises that enlarge your girth also help a great deal with the length. They involve exercising the smooth muscles that line the 2 main chambers in your penis that fill up with blood when you have an erection. As you break down these smooth muscle cells and they reform, you get more of them and each one is bigger. You end up with much larger chambers and an extra “fat” penis when erect – and the best part is this is PERMANENT. I really don’t understand why more men don’t do this since it’s permanent and you grow so much in size and especially VOLUME. The penis can actually become DOUBLE in volume with just a few inches in growth. Women LOVE wide penises – and especially long wide penises. They feel really good inside as they stretch and fill the vagina wide and they are extra fun to suck on. If your woman has never begged you to really pound her, she will if you enlarge your penis because that’s when it feels really really good!
The tunica, which is the outer covering of the penis, is also gently stretched to accommodate the new size of the muscle and chambers. It also allows more space for the inner penis to drop down into.
